INSTRUCTIONS:

​Please fill up the the Takeout Request Form on this page on or before 15th of the calendar month

Upload all Letter of Guarantee (LOG) as support documents for the requested takeout

Upload accomplished buyer replacement list if the takeout will have BUYER REPLACEMENTS

Takeout Request is processed every end of the calendar month. We would appreciate receiving the completed form on or before the 15th in order for us to proceed with buyer verification if there would be BUYER REPLACEMENTS

Letter of Undertaking will be provided for takeout request without BUYER REPLACEMENTS. Our team will be in touch with you for this document.

ASMAI will process all takeout request that are submitted on the 15th of the calendar month with complete verified replacement buyers, if there will be no prepayment.
